Manufacturing, decals, transport ; so many obstacles that we face every day, but as you know over a hundred races some tracks are more challenging than others, with tighter bends and unanticipated engine problems. Similarly it is possible that you may encounter similar problems on your model… But don’t panic, Solido has a pit stop too!
Solido naturally has an after-sales service for all of our customers. To ensure you have a flawless model, Solido have an after-sales service for your damaged model(s). So if your model is unfortunately damaged, please contact your reseller. We do not make exchanges directly and only models produced since 2015 can be after-sales serviced by your retailer.
