Solido naturally has an after-sales service for all of our customers. To ensure you have a flawless model, Solido have an after-sales service for your damaged model(s). So if your model is unfortunately damaged, please contact your reseller. We do not make exchanges directly and only models produced since 2015 can be after-sales serviced by your retailer.
