In 1972 the Olympia Rally, a German event held in the Münich area, counts towards several championships : ERC, German, Luxembourg, Dutch, French and even Turkish ! At the finish, Jean Pierre Nicolas wins with his Alpine A110 1600S almost 19 minutes ahead of the driver in second place!
