Les « Baja Bugs » sont des Volkswagen Beetle modifiées afin de participer à des courses off-road en Amérique du Nord et au Mexique. Ces courses sont appelées « Baja », d’où le nom de cette Coccinelle haute sur pattes ! Ces véhicules au son si particulier se sont vite retrouvés sur les routes de tous les jours avec, à leur volant, des passionnés souhaitant une voiture originale !
The “Baja Bugs” are Volkswagen Beetles that have been modified to participate in off-road races in North America and Mexico. These races are called “Baja”, hence the name of this Beetle high on legs! These vehicles with their special sound soon found themselves on the roads of everyday life, with enthusiasts at the wheel who wanted an original car!
